SGA's Purpose
To create a platform for addressing potential issues arising throughout the school year.
To empower students with leadership opportunities and encourage them to formulate solutions for student-related concerns.
To offer a space for students to unlock their complete potential in terms of citizenship, leadership, and character development.
To support students facing challenges at Northeast Academy for Aerospace and Advanced Technologies.
Mission Statement
The mission of the NEAAAT student government association is to represent the NEAAAT student body in a professional manner, address student proposals, and strive to improve our school for the benefit of the NEAAAT community.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to build a future for our students, school, and communities, through student leaders who support sound decision-making practices, critical thinking skills, empowering student voice, community service projects, and student member representation.
Our Goals
Equality and Inclusion:
The NEAAAT SGA will cultivate an equitable and inclusive school environment by creating accessibility, promoting intercultural competence, and advocating for increased student representation within NEAAAT administration and the community at large.
Visibility
The NEAAAT SGA shall enhance the visibility of all student resources, services, and programs while also collaborating both internally and with the community at large.
Sustainability
The NEAAAT SGA shall empower the student body by generating social activism, promoting student interest, increasing awareness of local, national, and global issues while promoting sustainable practices within our school.

Water Bottle Dispenser

Canned Food Drive
2024-2025 School Year
Middle Grades SGA put together a canned food drive to support the Albemarle Food Bank!
Support for FernLeaf Charter School
October 2024 - January 2025
SGA has organized support for a Western NC Charter school following the devastating Hurricane Helene. FernLeaf Charter School lost everything, including books. SGA has put together book and wish lists to be donated for FernLeaf's teachers and students.
